Welcome!
My name is Doug Kulie and I have had a passion for animals my whole life. Ever since I was young, I was down by the local creek looking for frogs, turtles, and snakes. My interest in geckos started in my early teens when I would go the Lee Watson’s reptile swap, now Scott Smith’s All Animal Expo. I got my first Crested Gecko in 2006 and haven’t looked back since. As most of you know my favorite gecko is the Rhacodactylus Leachianus. I bought my first Leachianus at the NARBC Tinley Park reptile expo in 2008 and was immediately drawn to their massive size. After learning about all the different locales and seeing all the variety of colors and patterns they had I was hooked! Who doesn’t like the world’s largest gecko?! For more than a decade I have been acquiring all the different locales, as well as some high color and melanistic Leachianus. I also work with Rhacodactylus Auriculatus (Gargoyle Gecko), Mniarogekko Chahoua and most recently the Giant Bronze Gecko (Ailuronyx Trachygaster). I focus on red stripe and red blotch Gargoyle geckos and have a few pair of Pine Isle Chahoua, some pastel color and some with white collars. Hoping to also have some success with the Trachygaster! Thank you for checking out the website and feel free to reach out to me with any questions or comments!
